Sandra Garcia, 28, of Sinalop, San Diego, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply Viagra and to possess with intent to supply. She has also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply, as a part of a plea agreement to sell and supply to the federal prison authorities the drugs used in the conspiracy.
Her case has been referred to the U. S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, which is investigating a similar case in Texas.
